From new construction to historical preservation and site development, to environmental remediation, the use of Reality Capture, Digital Twins, and 3D modeling extends beyond the design phase to deliver value throughout the project lifecycle. Utilizing drone survey outputs, these technologies enable project teams to work together in a virtual environment, exchanging accurate and up-to-date information to resolve conflicts, make informed decisions, and iterate designs more efficiently.

Reality
Capture

Reality capture involves various techniques, such as laser scanning, drone photogrammetry, and LiDAR, to create highly accurate and detailed 3D models of existing structures and environments. By capturing real-world data, reality capture reduces uncertainty, enhances decision-making, and minimizes costly errors throughout the project lifecycle.

Digital
Twins

Digital Twins are virtual replicas of physical objects, infrastructure, and sites. By integrating data from reality capture techniques, sensors, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices, digital twins provide real-time insights into the performance, maintenance, and operation of assets. Digital twin models can be georeferenced to a real world coordinate system and vertical datum.
