Gerard “Jerry” Bartucci, PE,  brings more than four decades of experience delivering complex engineering projects involving bridges, highways, railroads, and utility infrastructure. 

His technical leadership has helped drive successful delivery of major, high-profile projects in New York City and nationwide, with total construction costs exceeding $800 million.

Career Highlights

Jerry’s expertise spans scoping on infrastructure projects through final design, supported by deep capability in inspection and condition assessment, historic structure evaluation and rehabilitation, and seismic and fatigue analysis and retrofit.

His work has earned industry recognition, including the 2019 Lower Hudson Valley ASCE Engineer of the Year award for the LIRR Post Avenue Bridge Replacement Design-Build Project. He also served as Design Manager for the LIRR Post Avenue Bridge Replacement Design-Build Project, which received the 2020 Engineering Excellence Platinum Award.
