FedEx Ground Warehouse Design-Build

McLaren Engineering Group provided site / civil engineering and surveying services for a new FedEx Ground warehouse facility in Orangetown, NY. McLaren helped design the new 215,800-square-foot warehouse complex that staffs 320 FedEx employees.

The McLaren Difference: Applied Ingenuity

McLaren’s team of expert engineers were responsible for the design of the site’s drainage system, final approval plans and construction documents. McLaren worked with the local township to ensure strict requirements were followed as the FedEx Ground Warehouse was designed and built – while preparing a final subdivision plan (that included parking) and receiving approvals on all phases from the Rockland County Health Department, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and NYS Department of Transportation. McLaren was also responsible for a traffic signal and left-turn lane plan.
