Check out this metal lattice-work facade at 30 East 31st Street! Inspired by the rich history of its NoMad neighborhood, the residential tower weaves its aesthetic from Gothic Revival churches, Art Deco office buildings, and iconic skyscrapers. McLaren worked with BAMCO inc. to provide the framing and splice design for the geometric pattern metal panel system. Our engineers also provided custom structural connections for the prefabricated steel tubes that flow up the exterior and create bays of metal-framed windows.
