If you tuned in to the Macy’s 99th annual Thanksgiving Day Parade, you may have caught a glimpse of our Entertainment Engineering at work! Our team provided structural assessments for some of the event’s platforms, tents, and grandstands along the parade route from outside The Museum of Natural History down to Herald Square.
At Macy’s flagship location, down the street from our NYC office, our engineers also inspected the temporary marquee structure, a giant inflatable ‘Tom Turkey’ mascot, which sits atop the department store’s entrance.
