Another construction milestone has been achieved at the 470-490 complex in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This three-tower development, located along the historic East River waterfront, continues to make significant progress. With the recent topping out, the 470 Kent Avenue building joins the other mixed-use residential buildings 480-484 Kent Avenue and 490 Kent Avenue.
Our team has been delivering comprehensive engineering solutions across disciplines, including site/civil, geotechnical, marine, surveying, and excavation support services. The project scope has encompassed site planning, grading and utility layouts, sediment and erosion control, permitting, builders pavement designs, and stormwater management systems.
