Rosen Aquatic Center Inspection

McLaren performed a 2016 natatorium roof frame inspection of the former Rosen YMCA Aquatic Center in Orlando, Florida. The team performed a structural condition assessment of the roof, girders, and beams which supported retractable panels over the competition and the dive pools.

After visual investigations were conducted, observations were presented to the client. Additionally, recommendations for structural rehabilitation and future preservation were provided.
