Groundbreaking of a Mixed-Use High-End High-Rise – The Smyth

The Smyth Ground Breaking

A new mixed-use, high-end community development is coming soon to Stamford, CT! The McLaren team provided structural engineering services for The Smyth (885 Washington Boulevard), a 17-story tower with more than 400 residential units. This concierge building will be designed with an exterior rooftop pool, a co-working space for residents and will even have a golf simulator! McLaren is proud to have developed the plan for a two-story ground floor retail space and a four-story parking garage that will hold over 400 cars. Our team also designed 12 stories of load-bearing light gage steel framing and 17,000-square-feet of interior and exterior amenity space for this luxurious residential tower. Check out these great photos from the groundbreaking earlier this week.
