Living Center Addition
Construction of the Berkemeier Living Center is now underway, with McLaren providing civil engineering services for the development of a 50,500-sf. building solely dedicated to memory care.
“It was a pleasure working with Lehrer-Cumming, KDA Architects, Consigli Construction, McLaren Engineering, and the many other members of Berkemeier design team,” said David Gentner, President and CEO of the Wartburg, NY’s premier senior residential and healthcare facility. “I believe collectively we are building a market leader residence for those suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementia.”
The Berkemeier Living Center is an addition to The Wartburg, an adult care community. McLaren helped with the civil engineering services of the community’s major upgrade in 2015.
