McLaren Engineering Group is an employee-owned company, also known as an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). The transition to an ESOP, in January of 2012, marked a milestone for the company as the founder chose to hand the reins and the future of the company over to the employees.
Our ESOP cultivates an environment where each employee shareholder has a voice and personal stake in the success of the firm. Teamwork, collaboration and diligent communication help ensure our entrepreneurial culture and creative approach continue in our technical solutions and business practices.
All eligible employees participate in the ESOP program, which provides annual contributions to the plan based on company performance. Turning employees into owners strengthens our culture of shared resources, communication and ingenuity that is McLaren’s legacy.
