Structural Engineer Mentors Students in Robotics Competition

Tappan Zee High School, in Orangeburg, NY kicked off the school’s FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) robotics competition. The program is an international high school robotics competition that aims to give students real-world engineering experience in a fun and collaborative environment. Brenna Henry, a junior structural engineer at McLaren, is volunteering at her alma mater mentoring the team every week until the competition in March.
