Congratulations to Caitlin Carbone Hernandez on achieving the Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) Certification, a significant milestone in her career!
As the Proposal Manager at McLaren Engineering Group, Caitlin is responsible for managing the entire proposal development process, from initial opportunity meetings to final submission, communicating across teams and disciplines to win new projects and opportunities.
By earning her CPSM credentials, Caitlin demonstrates her industry expertise by mastering the six Domains of Practice: research, planning, client and business development, proposals, promotional activity, and management. These domains, developed by the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), represent essential tasks and knowledge areas in professional services marketing.
