McLaren Hosting Pratt's 2017 Scholarship Celebration

McLaren's NYC office is hosting this year’s Pratt Reception awarding the Pratt School of Architecture’s scholarship recipients and the spring 2017 graduates of the Construction Management/Facilities Management/Real Estate Development program on Tuesday, May 2nd at 5:30pm.

In addition to awarding the evening’s honorees, we will be celebrating McLaren’s 40th Anniversary and will be providing drinks and hors d'oeuvres for those in attendance.

McLaren’s Structures Division Manager, Thomas Broderick, PE gave a presentation with Michael Fattorusso of Moretrench, on the “Old Croton Trailway Aqueduct: Emergency Response Stabilization of Historic Local Feature”, at last night’s LHV ASCE meeting. McLaren Presents at ASCE Structures Congress

McLaren engineers Matthew McCarty, PE, SE, and Matthew Kawczenski, PE, SE, took part in the ASCE Structures Congress last week in Denver, CO. The conference is hosted by the Structural Engineering Institute and highlights state of the art developments in the field of structural engineering. At the conference, Matthew McCarty presented the paper “Innovative Use of FRP in Large Diameter Piles for Vessel Impact,” co-authored by McLaren employee Vahid Zanjani, PE, PhD.

ASLA Honor Award Received For Battery Park Perimeter and Bikeway Reconstruction Project
