Project Overview: 
The White Plains Hospital Center is a 292-bed health care facility serving Westchester County. Major reconstruction components of this renovation project include: demolition of the existing lobby and construction of a 6-story addition to the hospital to include a new lobby / additional surgical rooms / additional patent rooms, pedestrian Bridge over Davis Avenue to the parking garage, new main entrance from Davis Avenue, construction of new utility services and connections, construction of a new lobby and traffic circle at the new driveway, modifications to Davis Avenue, and addition of a 6-story hospital office building to the Dickstein Cancer Center.
McLaren's Role: 
McLaren provided numerous services on the project, including: City Approval and SEQR, civil engineering, drainage and utilities plan, geotechnical engineering, stormwater management and compliance with NYSDEC SPDES general permit and city regulations, and construction administration and inspection.
