Project Overview:
As part of a waterfront contract with Lafarge North America, McLaren was selected to provide waterfront rehabilitation services at the 25th Street Wharf, located along the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn. The site is the operational home for New York Sand and Stone, a heavy industrial facility. As part of the lease agreement, Lafarge requested McLaren’s services to ensure the quality and life span of the structure.
