Project Overview: 
McLaren was engaged by the NYCDOT to provide on an as-needed basis architectural, engineering, and construction related services for their various ferry facilities citywide. The ferry facilities included with this contract include ferry terminals, maintenance berthing facilities, marine and upland structures, buildings, and other facilities (including connecting transit modes).
McLaren's Role: 
To date, McLaren has provided inspection, design, and/or construction management services at seven primary locations. These include the Staten Island Ferry Maintenance Facility, Staten Island Ferry Piers 1 and 2, Slip 4 – St. George Ferry Terminal, Hart/City Island Ferry Transportation Facility, Whitehall Ferry Terminal, Emergency Ferry Landing Barges and Associated Equipment at Slip 7 – St. George Ferry Terminal, and Transfer Bridge Inspections citywide.
