NYC Parks Site/Civil Engineering Services
Project Overview: 
McLaren was retained to provide site/civil and surveying services for multiple sites throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Sites already surveyed include Fort Totten, Queens, NY; Bronx River Greenway Link Between East 180th Street and Birchall Avenue; and Bronx River Greenway 233rd Street Pedestrian Crossing. Sites still to be surveyed are Soundview Park Amphitheater, Bronx, NY and Pelham Parkway Malls, Bronx, NY.
McLaren's Role: 
At Fort Totten, McLaren is assisting in the development of a new, 14-acre park by providing review and assessment of the current infrastructure systems, demolition plans, grading plans, drainage plans, and utility plans. At the Bronx River Greenway Link, McLaren is providing surveying services for the redesign of the Bronx River Greenway from Birchall Avenue to 180th Street in the Bronx, NY. Services include McLaren review of existing data and topographic, property and utility surveying. For the 233rd Street Pedestrian Crossing, McLaren is providing topographic, utility and property surveying for the design of the Bronx River Greenway Pedestrian Crossing at 233rd street.
