McLaren’s Marine Division hosted a Crawfish Boil to celebrate the anticipation of SUMMER. This event, supported by McLaren’s ESOP Committee, featured lawn games and Cajun delicacies such as crawfish, corn, and hush puppies!

Philadelphia International Festival - Kinetic Tree Sculpture

McLaren has completed overhead rigging of a Kinetic Tree sculpture for use during the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts this month. From the base 54 simplified branches, constructed from timber, are suspended and move both vertically and radially from the tree trunk through the use of an intricate overhead cable grid. The construction of the cable grid required temporary structural assemblies to be erected on top of 3 buildings.

White Plains Celebrates National Robotics Week At Engineer Expo

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- White Plains celebrated its seventh annual National Robotics Week at the Lower Hudson Valley Engineer Expo at White Plains High School, hosted by McLaren Engineering Group.

The Carmel High School FIRST Robotics FRC team 5943 “The Bad News Gears” along with the Ossining FRC Team 4122 “The O-Bots” demoed its FRC robots from competition and talked to the community about FIRST Competition, engineering, robots and how FIRST is more than robots.
