If you’re lucky enough to be going to the game, make sure you look out for the Superbowl sculptures all around San Francisco! Our 16-foot design, created for Tait Towers, is clad with hard panel graphics, video screens mounted to its sides and has LED edging.

Hudson Landmarked Theater Renovation

McLaren is providing a variety of structural engineering services for the renovation of the 4-story historic landmarked Hudson Theater located at 145 West 44th Street, New York, NY.
McLaren is engineering:

  • An Ambassador Lounge for VIP guests
  • ADA Compliance access
  • Rigging System – for increased load capacity and functionality
  • 2 LED signs and 2 banner signs

Quaker Oats Times Square Competition

Quaker Oats is hosting a special event in Times Square today, where participants have a chance to win $250,000 by creating the best oatmeal bowl. McLaren engineered this special temporary ballast and tent structure, made to look like a traditional cylinder oatmeal container.

McLaren also produced a Severe Weather Action Plan in accordance with Building Code Section 1618. So no worries about today's anticipated wind gusts, of up to 30mph, because this tent and its supporting ballast can resist high winds.

TCS New York City Marathon Pavilion

The New York City Marathon takes place on November 1st, but runners and supporters alike can enjoy an entire week of activities leading up to the big race at the TCS New York City Marathon Pavilion, located next to Tavern on the Green in Central Park. The facility will host a variety of running-themed events throughout the week including runs led by the New York Road Runners, Q&A sessions with expert nutritionists and healthcare professionals, book signings, and even film screenings. There will also be a shop where runners can stock up on all of the official NYC Marathon merchandise.
